A Groovy Way to Interface With Cascade Server

Tri-C in the process of moving the course descriptions for its Workforce Training program over to Cascade Server, along with the rest of its public website. They selected Cascade Server since it is a push CMS, and one of their goals is to have only static pages on the web servers for their public site. They also needed a searchable phone directory on the site. Their web developers had some difficulty using C# and .NET in the Cascade Server environment, but Groovy came to the rescue. In this presentation, Tom will show you how they used Groovy to create an XML feed from Active Directory and JavaScript to allow searching with a static web page.
